WorkoutFormula has been designed to to help automate and make tracking your gym programs easier.

How WorkoutFormula has been designed to work.

Step 1. Create you program and choose wether youll run the program by :

● Straight block training - Choose how many weeks you want in a block plus have a deload week.

● Mesocycles in a block training - Choose how many weeks a mesocycle and choose how many mesocycle in a block of training and have a deload week at the end of each mesocycle and at the end of the block.

● Autoregulation - Coming Soon.

Step 2. Creating your workouts for the program, the idea is to create one weeks workouts and then alter them by creating parameters that will change the weight and reps through the program. When creating the workout you give each set an identifier as a warm up set, working set, ect. where you can change each each set throughout the program directly.

Step 3. Creating the Rep/Weight Schema: When creating workouts when you give each set an identifier you can create a rep and weight schema for the identifier.

Step 4. Creating mesocycle rules, new block rules, deload week rules: Create rules that increment your exercises weight and reps when starting new mesocycle and block.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours
before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current
period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going
to Account Settings after purchase
